These cookies were made for the Cooking With Dru feature, broadcast on her show 11/03/2011

Ingredients (grams, unless otherwise stated):

118 Butter
118 Brown Sugar
59 White Sugar
51 Pudding Mix
3 tblsp milk
236 self-raising flour
236 flavouring (in this case I used Macadamia nuts and butterscotch chips)
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder

Makes about 12 cookies

Method

Sieve flour, pudding mix, soda and baking powder together. Throw all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Melt the butter and throw that, along with the milk into the mixing bowl and mix it all up until it starts to come together and look like a dough. Spoon dough out on to baking sheets in piles. Place in oven for about 15 minutes at about 170°C (adjust time and temperature accordingly). When ready, remove from oven and leave to stand for a moment before removing and placing on a wire rack to finish cooling.
