It’s also come to my attention that there is a small misconception about where the station is based, presumably because we need a place to store the hookers and cake. However, if you look closely at our licensed address you’ll see that it is, in fact, residential.
This is because we have no central office or studio , we exist more-or-less in cyber space. However, a physical address is required by the companies we deal with, and thus our ‘office’ is actually my living room:
Of course, that’s just the ‘office’. Not everyone comes to my house to ‘cast (though that would be awesome); our studios are, literately, all over the world. I, personally, go to Lorcian’s house every Friday. Mr Potz uses his Uni room, and many others use their bedrooms, or wherever they can tuck themselves away that has an internet connection. The advantage to this is we can give you a global service – you get to hear accents from North America and Scandinavia, as well as standard English tones, and shows from different time zones. About the only time we’re mostly all in one place is at an iseries event.
So, as you can see, G3 Radio has no physical centralization and exists only on the Internet, and in our hearts.
